PandaDoc Sales support and enablement work hard to make sure our sales proposals, quotes, and contracts are turn-key. We work with Marketing to make sure our messaging is up-to-date and that we’re using the latest content, product descriptions, and pricing. And we work with Operations to ensure we pull accurate data from our CRM.
Here we’ll share some of the ways we use PandaDoc internally but we’d love to hear back from you about the creative ways you’ve used PandaDoc to arm your sales org.
Here are a few steps to take to fully automate your sales team with PandaDoc:
1. Pitch Document: Create a well designed customizable pitch document that allows sales to follow up prospect calls with a recap of their conversation and a pitch for the product and services.
2. Personalization: Load up PandaDoc’s library with answers to client’s problems, customer testimonials, case studies, product descriptions, images, news articles, and more. This allows the sales team to click and drag relevant information and tailor documents to their customer’s needs.
3. Quotes, Proposals & Contracts: Streamline quotes, proposals, contracts, and renewals so that all the sales rep has to do is pull the right template and add any required fields from their CRM. The fewer clicks needed, the more they can focus on building relationships with their clients.
4. Structure: Lock legal content and branding within templates. This lets the team know what is customizable and what is necessary.
