Customizing Tables & Pricing Tables Through Design
PandaDoc tables and pricing tables can be customized at the theme level, or designed individually on each specific block. In this post, learn about design and style changes you can make to both table types that PandaDoc offers.
Table Design
You can change the main design for all tables at the Theme level. Doing this will ensure that all Tables inside of a template or document will have the same design/branding.
To set this up, on the right-side panel click Design > Customize Theme > Table Design. Here you can change the Header color, font, border style, and more.
Once you have set the standard look for the tables in the Theme, you can now customize the design for special or one-off tables.
Pricing Table Block
Within the pricing table block, you have the ability to change the header color, and font type as well as change the border style and more just like you can at the theme level.
To make these changes click the pricing table block you wish to customize and with the table activated, at the top see several icons and options. Click the ‘Properties’ icon. On the right of the screen you will see ‘Design’, this is where you can make design changes for this specific Pricing Table.
Table Block
For Table blocks, you have the ability to customize the look via the Properties > Design just like the Pricing Table, but you have additional options as well.
Within each cell you have the ability to change the cell color with just a few clicks. Select a cell and at the top of the block you’ll notice some different icons and options in a Table Block. Clicking on the paint bucket icon will allow you to pick a color to set for the cell background.

Yes, however, the additional items would need to have a different SKU in the Catalog.
So if you have an item called Shoes and the SKU is 123, you would need an item called Shoes Size 12 with a SKU that is slightly different, 123-12. More information on the different parts of Catalog items can be found here.

Rocky thanks for the tip, I guess my question though is can they be sub-items of a catagory. So when you select the model of shoe you want then a drop-down displays asking for size. And then pricing is based on the size you selected. Otherwise pricing table gets a bit cumbersome. I don't want all all sub-categories displayed, just the one finally selected.

At this time unfortunately you can only have a number value in the pricing column. Please be sure to add this suggestion to our user voice.

It is odd that the variables are not showing within the variable tab. But you can also access pricing table variables by clicking the 'settings' icon in the floating menu, on the right you will see variables:
