Salesforce is one of our most robust integrations. Learn how to set up your pricing table by pulling products into a table and mapping custom columns for a seamless workflow that will save your team time.
Pull products into a pricing table
Don't worry about how you'll get your products from Salesforce into your Document, PandaDoc has an automatic import function that will pull all associated products into your document. All you need to do is configure that setting on your template.
Simply go to your template’s pricing table, find the pricing table properties, and switch the toggle "Automatic import" to the ON position.
Mapping custom columns
In the event you’d like to set up a custom column for your pricing table to populate additional information into your table, all you need to do is make sure that the token is configured for it.
Simply go to your PandaDoc Setup, select “Configure Object”, go to the Opportunity Product Tab, and select the correct token - then don’t forget to press save!
Now when you create a document from a template with automatic import turned on, it will have that data pulled into a hidden column, then reveal the column (or convert that document to a template to save it with the new column displayed).
How are you customizing your pricing table configuration?
