Top settings to look out for
By Liz Hobbs
When you initially set up your account, it can feel there are a million little things to do. We have found these three settings are a great place to start:
To make changes to Settings click on the Cog/Gear Icon on the bottom left of the screen.
Profile:
These are your personal settings. From here you can change your password, set up your eSignature, and also change how PandaDoc will Notify you.
A key setting here would be:
Notifications: “Document is opened by recipient every time”
Check this box so that you are immediately notified every time a recipient opens a document. This allows you to reach out when you know it’s top-of-mind and prevents any delays on your recipient’s end.
Branding:
Here you can customize how recipients receive email notifications when a document is sent to them.
A key setting here would be:
Your Company or Brand Logo
Adding your company logo, this will ensure that your logo is seen on any sent documents and emails.
Settings:
The Profile section was for your personal settings, this section is for the entire account settings.
A key setting here would be:
Expiration Settings and Auto Reminders
You have the ability to set up the Expiration and Auto Reminder settings on an account level. Additionally, you can set up Expiration and Auto Reminders for specific templates and or documents.
