Use Document Analytics to drive engagement
Your Pandadoc account has a powerful set of built in analytic tools that start working for you as soon as a document is sent.
What are Document Analytics?
Document Analytics helps you track the ways in which your recipients engage with your documents. Pandas are curious creatures and we dig deep to help you hone in on the data you need to move deals fast.
If you have ever wondered whether or not your document was opened or wondered which sections of a proposal your recipients are spending time viewing (and who is spending the time on a given page), document analytics will show you!
By clicking on each recipient’s name, you can learn:
- The number of document views
- Total time spent on the document
- Last time viewed
- PDF Downloads
- If any links in the document were clicked
You can also view data by pages:
- Percentage of time spent per page
- Total time spent on each page
- # of times a page is viewed
- Last time page was viewed
Document analytics can lead you to more effective client interactions by revealing areas where your recipients could get stuck because they need more information or clarification.
