The dashboard is a high-level overview of your account that reviews your documents and where they are in the deal cycle. With live statuses, you are able to keep tabs on all of your contracts.
Reviewing your Sent documents should be part of your daily routine. Our team recommends checking once in the morning and once before signing off at the end of the day to keep tabs on your customers.
When you see contracts lingering in the sent status for longer than normal (we usually go with 3-5 business days), it’s a good indication the buyer isn’t serious.
In addition to checking the sent status, reviewing the Viewed status 2-3 times a week is recommended for checking document progress. If you don’t use auto-reminders, use the Viewed Document list view to send manual follow-up reminders to clients that haven’t been active in a while.
Managers and Admins are able to see the status of all documents in their workspace from the dashboard - pretty powerful! Our built-in timeline gives you the most recent activity happening so you never miss a beat, we recommend checking it daily so you never miss any of the action.
Additionally, using the Team Members filter is a great tool for one-on-ones with your team. It will give you quick data for celebrating wins and catching deals before they fall through the cracks.
