    Thanks for the heads up! 

    I was able to get the Zap to work successfully by changing the status of a deal in my Hubspot account. I updated the above information with new screenshots to show the process step-by-step.

    This seems like it is using an outdated version of Zapier, do you have recommendations for how to update Hubspot deal status using the current options in Zapier integration? Thank you!

    Is it possible to utilize this Zap if a file is uploaded rather than created via template?

    Hello Sergey,

    Thank you for your comment here. Currently, only two options are available to use with the Zap. Those options are Templates or Forms. I'd be happy to submit this feedback to our product team on your behalf - the ability to utilize the Zap with a single uploaded file. You may click here to access the request and add another vote, add any comments, and subscribe to receive updates regarding the status of the request. 

    As a workaround, you could convert the uploaded file into a Template and create documents from that to use with the Zap.
