Option for Clients to Decline Proposal with Feedback Options

What I’d really love to have available as a feature is for clients to have the option of declining the proposal themselves and selecting feedback. Eg Price out of budget, Service doesn’t fit my needs, Project is being delayed etc Then we would have better analytics and good feedback that could be used to assess. Right now people just ghost and that doesn’t help the business learn what’s working and what’s not at scale. This could then stop the follow ups etc same as if I set it to declined.

  Thank you for your post here!

  There is an option for recipients to decline a document and provide feedback. The recipient will click the 'More actions' dropdown (select Decline) and select the reason - the recipient can even add a specific message. You will receive it to your email.
