Passing a custom variable from salesforce

I created a custom field in the Account object called "VAT number" in salesforce.

The token is configured and selected as [VAT_number__c] in the Pandadoc setup section.

In the template, I have a variable called [Account.VAT_number__c] but it doesn't get populated when I create the quote.

It is frustrating since the billing or phone data is passed properly...

  Make sure the token is configured for the Opportunity and not the Account. It's likely you did as I did and set it to map on the wrong item.

  I can tell you may have put it on the wrong place, because if you did it on an opportunity, it would have shown up configured with "Account." as the prefix in the PandaDoc Setup in SFDC.
