Why is it there's no obvious way to save changes to a "template"? Is it even possible?

And why is the support staff so incapable of flat out saying what one must do to EDIT AND SAVE a template? Has it ever occurred to you that if you have to publish Tricks and Tips for users to navigate your product you might have a jacked up product?

Pandadoc's workflow is a nightmare. While it serves a purpose, to a point, for my organization at present, this product is overpriced and underdelivers, massively.
