Pop-Up to let others in the Approval group know who has started the approval process

It would be a great feature to display a pop up letting the team know that "X" person is in the review stage.

We have multiple people in our approval groups for quality control and often have multiple people opening at once. We currently have to use outside chats to tell each other who is going into approve and it gets messy.
