How to turn off "Sent You the document" when using forms

Everytime a form is viewed it send outs an email "Sent You The document" can we only show this email if it gets signed / completed only?

  Thank you for your post here.

  There are a few different options we have for notification settings. You'll find these in Settings in your PandaDoc account. Please click here to reference the Help Center article about this and the steps to get there. There is an option for an email to be sent out only when the document is completed by the recipient.
