In-Person Signing via Mobile App
We recently updated our Mobile App to include in-person signing. This is great for folks 'on the ground' selling in-person. With this update you no longer have to email the document to the client, wait for them to open it and close the deal.
Now it's simple, you create the document from a template within the mobile app:
Once Contacts are assigned to Roles, variables are automatically filled, and the fields are assigned to the correct recipients. All you have to do is click 'Send' and then 'Sign In-Person' from there follow the prompts on the screen and then hand the phone or tablet to the client:
After that, the client will also simply follow the prompts to the fields, sign, date and then complete.
Once completed, the client will receive email notifications regarding the document being completed, and if set up on the template level they will also receive a signed copy of the document right in their inbox.
