Make Online Collaboration Quick and Painless with Version History
With the influx of people working from home these days, online collaboration has become a huge need. When more than one person works on a document simultaneously, it can increase efficiency and productivity.
However, it also opens up many other issues regarding tracking the document history and restoring content that has been changed accidentally. What happens if I accidentally delete something my colleague was working on? What if I’ve spent hours working on my branding and someone has gone in and changed my work?
PandaDoc’s “Version History” feature can help alleviate these pain points and make collaboration a breeze.
With the version history tool, any document editor can track who made changes and when the changes were made. When a change on the document has been made, team members can go into the document and view the historical changes, and if needed, restore their document to a previous version.
This can come in handy when you are working on a document and accidentally delete an entire page, change the branding too many times, or have made changes past what the undo button can reverse. Simply go into the Version History, view all versions of the document, and choose which version you want to revert to.
Now with the Version history tool, online collaboration can be easy and painless. To learn more about the Versioning tool, click here!
