Changing Currency Throughout Your Document
PandaDoc offers over 120 currency options! The default will be USD, but it is very easy to change. This post should guide you through all places that currency options exist within PandaDoc.
How to change currency within the document value
- Click on the value amount on the top left of the template/document, under the title.
- This will open up settings on the right-hand side where you can change the currency
- You can find more information on document value here.
How to change the currency in the pricing table
- Select the properties icon above your pricing table > Setting will appear on the right-hand side
- Be sure the document value currency matches the pricing table currency.
- You can find more information on pricing tables here.
How to change currency within the product catalog
- On the left-hand side navigation, select 'Catalog'. Then, select the product and scroll down until you see the 'Pricing' section. Once you have updated the price, make sure to scroll to the top and click 'Save'.
How to change currency when adding a payment to a document
- Within a template, click the apps icon (9 dots) > payments
- A section will pop up where you can change the currency of a payment
- Learn more about adding payments to documents here.
FAQ:
- Will changing the document value currency automatically update the currencies for the whole document, including the pricing table? No, you will need to update each currency individually.
- What if I need multiple currencies in one document? You can only have 1 currency per price table. You may create multiple price tables to show values in different currencies.
- Is the default currency USD? Yes

Hey Gabriel!
Thanks for the suggestion. Be sure to add it to our Idea Portal.
However, one possible workaround would be to have US and Canadian versions of the template. At the pricing table level, you can set the currency.
Thanks!

Thanks Rocky, I just checked and I already have. Pass currency formats from Salesforce – Have an idea? Share it! (uservoice.com)
Our work around if anyone else has the same issue is to use usd as the default as it just shows the dollar sign.
We then bring over [CurrencyIsoCode] as a token and have it listed at the pricing table header.
The downside to this would be if you used the payment module.

There's no way in PandaDoc to apply a FX rate and this adjust prices from GBP to USD, for example, is there?
We have built out our suite of services in the catalog - individual items and product bundles - but this is in GBP and occasionally we need to show the prices in USD. I think currently the only way would be to hide the GBP prices and the total and just add a text line with a manually converted USD amount, is that right?

Hi Craig,
Thanks for reaching out here.
I just want to clarify, does this feature request in our idea portal sound like what you are asking for?
