How many Documents do I have left with my Bulk Send Add-On?
If you purchased a thousand (1,000) Bulk Send Documents on your account, how do you check to see how many you have sent and how many you have left? This is a question our clients ask all the time.
If you are an Admin Account Owner (meaning you have access to the billing side of the account), you will be able to monitor what is left of your package simply by following these steps:
- Log in to PandaDoc and go to Settings
- Choose Billing.
- You will be routed to a new tab showing your billing panel. Navigate to the 'Documents' section and there you can see how many you still have left of your bulk send add-on.
Why do clients purchase bulk send feature add-on?
The idea of inputting recipients one at a time per document is a very tedious workflow for people who send out multiple documents, e.g., HR Associate, Legal Department Associate. More info on the Bulk Send Add-On can be found here.
