We have had 2 payments fail and they show up as paid- we are wondering why the client would not get a message stating their payment failed. Maybe they think they’re paid, we think they’re paid (In Sales/Recruiting). Is there a way for panda doc to determine if it a payment is processed? I did a test, I put in incorrect payment information and received a pop stating “All Set! Document is complete. My customers are disappointed because they received an email saying that everything was set and the document paid, but when we checked our account, the amounts were declined/not funded.
