How to let our clients know that his payment was declined when Pandadoc says that the document is PAID!

    Hi there, unfortunately no there is no way to see a failed payment within PandaDoc or for PandaDoc to notify of a failed/declined payment. This is because we are not the ones actually processing the payment, but Stripe, Square, PayPal, etc are. 

    At this time, the only thing to do would be to go into the payment processor's site after a document has been moved to the Paid status.

    Then, change the status manually in PandaDoc in case a payment was declined by the payment processor's site. Right? Thanks.

    Correct! Sorry, I left that out. Also, I asked the product team to change the wording so that it is clear the payment is being processed but the document has been completed.
