PandaDoc Documents Object in Salesforce

So I'm trying to do some reporting, and I uncovered the PandaDoc Documents Object in Salesforce that looks like it should be what I need.

However, it seems that it stopped populating around that same time, so I'm not sure what happened.  When I create a document now from salesforce, it is not updating in the object for that document.

Also, the information I want to get it seems to be in the field Input JSONEV2 as a very long text series.  I figured out a process to get at it, but it seems like it should be easier to pull the information, such as who created the document (they all show as created by me) and they aren't linked to the right deal they were created in (not linked to any really).
