How To Add Net New Licenses In-App (Standard, eSign and/or Read-Only)
Note: Adding net new licenses may result in additional charges to your account. If you have questions, please contact your Customer Success Manager/Account Manager or our Support Team.
Add A Net New “Standard” License
In your PandaDoc account, go to Settings > Billing > User Licenses. Increase your standard license as needed by clicking on the “Manage” button, choosing the license number, and then clicking the "Confirm" button.
Tip: Before adding a net new license, check if you have any licenses available on your plan that have not been assigned to any team members. Under “User License” you will see something like “5 of 6 licenses activated” which lets you know you still have one unassigned license you can use.
Add A Net New eSign or Read-Only License
At this time, you are only able to add “Standard” licenses to your account from within the app. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager/Account Manager or our Support Team for help with adding eSign or Read-Only licenses. This will ensure you do not get billed incorrectly.
