Duplicating the same document for different, unrellated recipients
I have a specific document that I have set up to send, but I have to send it to unrelated recipients. How do I duplicate it so the fields stay in, but different people are assigned?

Hi Laurie,
There are a couple of different options you can do in this situation.
You can duplicate the document, remove the original recipients, add the new recipients and reassign the fields.
But the best option, that would be the easiest, In the long run, would be to create a Template from the document. This way you can have fields assigned to Roles and when a new document gets created all you will have to do is assign the correct contacts to the correct roles.
