- When submitting a support ticket please be as detailed as possible. Let us know what's going on.
- What is the error? How did you discover it? Is this impacting all users?
- Show us the issue if you can: take a screenshot, a GIF of the issue in action, or a video.

- Shoot a quick video.
- Template or Document URL: sometimes the team needs to copy the item into one of our testing workspaces to see if we can reproduce the error.
- We will begin investigating!
- Time to resolution is dependent on the severity of error, some are more quick to resolve than others, we are working as quickly as possible!
