How To Assign or Re-Assign a User to a Standard, eSign, Creator, or Read Only License
Assign A New User A License Type
In your PandaDoc account, go to Settings > Team > Invite New Users. Type in the email address of the user you’d like to add, assign them a role (Member, Manager, Admin), and then a license type (Standard, Creator, eSignature, Read-Only).
Note: To assign a Standard, Creator, eSignature, or Read-Only license to someone on your team who does not have access to PandaDoc yet, you have to make sure you have purchased those types of licenses for your account and that one of those license types is available to be assigned to someone.
Re-Assign A User License Type
In your PandaDoc account, go to Settings > Billing. Once in the Billing tab, click the hamburger menu next to the Admin Panel and go to Users.
Click the account of the user you would like to re-assign, and you will see the option to change their licenses to Standard, Creator, eSignature, or Read-Only.
