Tips for controlling formatting of date and time variables from salesforce

Looking for any help with controlling how date and time variables show up in Pandadoc.  As it looks now, I can't figure out a way to do that and it shows the date in the format Salesforce stores the date (YYYY-MM-DD), but I would want it to show MM-DD-YYYY.

Time variables seem to be 24 hour time, would like to convert to am/pm if possible.

  need to set time to local CST but cannot set the time

  Hi Dollphine,

  If you are referring to the time zones in Salesforce, you can adjust those settings here. If there are fields/variables connected to this setting, it should then push this information to the PandaDoc document. 

  Within PandaDoc there are no options for setting time zones for the account, and the time shown on the Signature Certificate is in UTC which is a global standard.

  My settings in Salesforce for dates is MM-DD-YYYY so is my setting in PandaDoc but when I add the date variable always comes through as YYYY-MM-DD how do I resolve?
