PandaDoc + Microsoft: Dynamics, Word and More
Microsoft has been one of PandaDoc's best partners, and over the years we have expanded our integrations with several Microsoft properties. Below is a list of all the ways PandaDoc integrates with Microsoft.
Sign in with Office 365 or with SSO
You may already know that you can log into your PandaDoc account with your Office 365 login.
Connect Your OneDrive
Many times, people might use their Microsoft OneDrive to store documents that they then need to be added to PandaDoc.
The Set-Up
You can connect the OneDrive integration where ever upload is an option: new document, new template, within a document, or an image block.
How to add throughout PandaDoc
In a Document
In an Image Block
In addition to our standard integration with OneDrve, you can enhance the functionality through another integration we offer, Zapier.
With PandaDoc+Zapier+OneDrive you can:
- Automatically send PandaDoc documents to your OneDrive folders.
- Save important copies of signed documents in your OneDrive account.
This allows you to store important documents in more than one place easily.
Integrate your Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Why integrate PandaDoc with your MS Dynamics account? The answer is simple: Save Time. On average, a PandaDoc customer that integrates their CRM is creating and sending documents in 3 minutes or less!
The integration allows you to create, send, and track documents from Opportunity, Account, Contact, Quotes, and custom entities from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
For more information, including how to set up the integration, please head over to our Help Center.
Additionally, just like with OneDrive, you can enhance the PandaDoc + Dynamics CRM integration with Zapier and do things like creating a new Lead in Dynamics once a PandaDoc Document is completed.
PandaDoc + Word
Our newest integration brings the power of PandaDoc’s eSignature tool to any Microsoft Word document. This integration works both with Word Online and Microsoft Word (2016 or later) for Desktop - both Windows and Mac!
Installation is simple; you can install the add-in from the Microsoft Marketplace or from within any document in Word: Click Insert > Add-ins, then find PandaDoc. Click Install, and then you will see the PandaDoc tab at the top of the page.
Detailed instructions on installing and use can be found here.
