What’s New in PandaDoc – HR Integrations

We’ve been moving full-speed ahead here at PandaDoc. Many great new features and integrations have been released over the past few months, and more are in the works. I’m excited to share with you four new integrations that are available with PandaDoc, all related to Human Resources.

I’m going to provide a high-level overview of these new integrations. They include:

Lever

Lever is an applicant tracking system (ATS) that enables you to manage your hiring process from start to finish. With the PandaDoc integration, you can generate and send offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents directly from Lever. This integration allows you to streamline the hiring process by eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing the risk of errors. This integration works with the Opportunity object in Lever.

BambooHR

BambooHR is a human resources software that allows you to manage your employee data, payroll, and benefits. The PandaDoc integration enables you to create and send HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters, directly from BambooHR. This integration works with the Employee object in BambooHR.

Greenhouse

Greenhouse is an ATS that enables you to manage your hiring process and track candidate progress. The PandaDoc integration allows you to generate and send HR documents, such as offer letters and contracts, directly from Greenhouse. This integration works with Candidate, Jobs, Application, and Offer objects in Greenhouse.

Zenefits

Zenefits is a human resources software that provides tools for managing employee data, payroll, and benefits. The PandaDoc integration enables you to create and send HR documents, such as offer letters and contracts, directly from Zenefits. This integration works with the Employee object in Zenefits.

In summary, the PandaDoc HR integrations with Lever, BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Zenefits allow you to streamline your HR processes by generating and sending HR documents directly from the HR software you’re already using. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, reduces the risk of errors, and enables you to track the status of your documents in real-time.
