Multiple emails for one form
Can I send a single form to multiple email addresses, even though I only need it back from one? We have forms that need to be filled out for college students, but we need to send the link to both the student and the parent. We only need one of them to fill out the form. An open link to the form that creates an ID for whomever fills it out would be ideal. Is this possible?

Hello Jessica,
Thank you for posting here in the Forums, and sorry for the delay here.
I do have an idea for this. You could add the recipient who doesn't need to sign any of the fields to the document and they would be CC'd when the document is sent. They would receive a copy of the document.
If you are using the Forms feature specifically so that you can have a live link to share with multiple students, then you could create a secondary role called 'Parent', and when a student fills out the Form, they would enter an email address for their parent to also receive a copy of the document. We have more information about this and the steps in our Help Center article here.
Let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you for choosing PandaDoc!
