Automatic Recognition and Signature/Initial Field Applicator

I need help to create a template based on the style of a document. All signature/initial fields will be in identical locations. I would like to keep updating documents with other clients' information but want the fields to auto-recognize and auto apply.

  Hello John,

  Am I correct that you want to create a template from a specific document? Click here for the steps on how to convert a document into a template. 

  When you create documents from the template, you will select recipients based on the roles that are in the template, and recipients will be auto-assigned to the fields in the document.
