Dev Project Plan structure or organization of tasks

I'm helping plan/manage a mixed use development project. we've identified 150 tasks but not sure what the industry standard is for organizing tasks in project plan. I assume we could organize to align with dev process unless there is another standard or better practice .

I'd love to see a sampe, dev plan or how the plan/tasks are organized & presented to stakeholders. Please provide some suggestion s or samples.
