Send the attached files from pandadoc to Salesforce

Hello,

I'm stuck and I need some help please :).

Do you know if it's possible to send the attached files from pandadoc to Salesforce.

For example, my customer receive a document created with pandadoc, in this document he need to put somes attached files (like for example a proof of his incomes, his ID card...)

When he will complete the document, I would like to have the files in Salesforce.

Do you know how it's possible please ?

  Thank you for posting here in the Forums!

  I have confirmed with my team that this is possible via our API. 

  You can check the attachments using the Document Details endpoint: https://developers.pandadoc.com/reference/document-details. In the fields array, you'll see the Collect Files field. It will have the file name and URL. The file can be downloaded from that URL.
