Christopher Ragland – Community Forums Manager
FeaturedLast week, I mentioned introducing some of the faces behind the PandaDoc logo. We want to introduce ourselves to you and share a little bit about what we do here at PandaDoc. Today, I will introduce the man behind the Forums… me!
My name is Christopher. I manage the Forums space here at PandaDoc and assist with all things Community. I’ve been with PandaDoc since May of 2021 and started in our Support Org., helping our users overcome any challenges or roadblocks, and providing guidance on best practices. Working in Support taught me how much I enjoy building and maintaining relationships. One of the ways to effectively build and maintain relationships is with a space for users to ask questions and collaborate to share ideas and best practices.
My desire to help our users see the value of our product and share best practices led me into my current role as Community Forums Manager. I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to help make the PandaDoc Forums a place of learning and collaboration for you.
What are the Forums, anyway?
You may ask, ‘What are the Forums, anyway?’ For the longest time, I thought a Forums page on any website was simply a place to find answers to questions about how to use a product. I was wrong. Certainly, there will be some documentation about how to use the product. However, the Forums are meant to be a place of collaboration where our users ask questions and share best practices regarding how they use PandaDoc effectively. The Forums won’t be entirely about PandaDoc; you will also find information about current industry trends in Sales, HR, Marketing, and more. We want to help you stay up-to-date regarding what’s happening in the market.
You’ll find various Community Topic sections on the Forums that hold a series of posts – ‘New Features,’ ‘Workflow & Process,’ and ‘Integrations’ are just a few. In these sections, you’ll find posts related to specific subjects. For example, the ‘Integrations’ section will include posts about Salesforce, Hubspot, and Pipedrive. A PandaDoc user may share a best practice or strategy their team uses that you might not have thought about and might be an excellent option for you and your team.
Take a few minutes this week, check out our Forums, and share some of your best practices for using PandaDoc. Perhaps it’s a specific workflow with one of our CRM integrations or a best practice you have to save time and move sales along the pipeline quicker. Whatever the case, let’s help each other. While reviewing the Forums, you may find an idea or best practice from which your team can benefit.
Recap & What’s Next
We want the Forums to be an excellent place to find best practices and learn from each other. A place where you are excited to go because you know you will find what you need. In order for the Forums to be a helpful place for you, we need to gather your feedback to understand what is going well and what we can improve upon. This survey will take two minutes or less for you to complete. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Next week, I will introduce you to another Panda. I can’t wait for you to meet more faces behind the PandaDoc logo and learn more about what we are working on to make PandaDoc the best place for you and your team.
