Why Take A PandaDoc On-Demand Course?

Last week, we discussed the value of our live classes. Today, we will discuss the value of PandaDoc’s on-demand courses and why you and your team members should invest some time in them. One of the greatest benefits of taking an on-demand course is the ability to take the course at your own pace and on your own schedule. For example, if you only have 10-15 minutes a few days a week, you can jump into the course whenever you have that time available.
If you are still determining whether or not you can commit the time, schedule it in your calendar each week until the course is finished. I schedule the time on my Google Calendar, and when I write my daily to-do list, I add a note that I have scheduled course time for the day.
What To Expect
One of the main differences between our live and on-demand courses is the absence of a live instructor guiding your session. However, our on-demand courses contain the same excellent materials and learnings you’d receive in a live session. Some of the courses even include videos from our world-class instructor group. Also, there will be various case studies about how the specific feature can be used in multiple situations. You can expect knowledge checks throughout to measure your understanding of the content presented.
PandaDoc has 20+ on-demand courses available, and I will highlight a few of the most popular ones here:
- Getting Started: Account Owners & Admins: This 30-minute course is specifically designed for the account owner and users with an ‘Admin’ license. You will learn the essentials of setting up your PandaDoc account, how to create a Template and send your first document, and track the documents' progress.
- Getting Started: Team Members: This 30-minute course is specifically designed for your team members – users with a ‘Manager’ and ‘Member’ license. Managers and team members will learn to create a document from a template and send it out for signature.
- Advanced Quotes for Sales Representatives: This 20-minute course will teach your sales representatives how to tailor quotes to clients’ needs. The course includes a step-by-step guide for using Quote Builder in Advanced Quotes.
Note: Advanced Quotes is an add-on for the Business plan and is included in the Enterprise plan.
- Integrations: Learn how to automate your workflow with one of our integrations. We have a foundations course available for Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Copper, and Zapier. The courses vary in length from 40-50 minutes.
