Why Take A PandaDoc Live Class?

Last week, we discussed the value of your PandaDoc Account Team. Today, we will discuss the value of PandaDoc’s live classes and why you and your team members should invest some time in attending them.
Have you ever joined a PandaDoc live class? If you’re intimidated by the idea of joining a live class with other people you aren’t familiar with, I want to assure you that joining a live class doesn’t have to be intimidating. Yes, you’ll be in the class with other PandaDoc users you don’t know (unless you join with some of your teammates), but you’ll gain a lot of value in the end.
You may also be hesitant to join a live class because of time constraints. At PandaDoc, we understand that your time is valuable, and we wouldn’t provide a resource for you that wastes your time. Actually, we want you to save time, and you’ll do so by learning how to use the product in the most efficient way possible.
What To Expect
What can you expect during a live class at PandaDoc? You’ll have a fantastic instructor from our Learning Services Team facilitating the class. The instructors are skilled at explaining the different features and walking you through the platform. During the class, you’ll also have an opportunity to introduce yourself and engage with questions designed to reinforce main ideas and check for understanding of the content presented. There will be a time for Q&A at the end where you can ask any clarifying questions or get answers to your personal questions. The courses are designed to serve you, so you’ll receive a survey asking for your feedback. This feedback helps PandaDoc Learning Services better understand your learning needs, what is going well, and what we could look to change.
PandaDoc has various live classes available, and I will mention a few of them here:
- Getting Started: Account Owners & Admins: This 60-minute course is designed for Account Owners and users with an Admin license to learn how to set up your team's PandaDoc account. You will also learn how to upload your company’s existing content into PandaDoc and create reusable templates for your entire team.
- Getting Started: Team Members: This 60-minute course is designed specifically for your team members. They will learn how to design reusable templates, create and send documents, and learn how to track document progress throughout its life cycle.
- PandaDoc for Sales Professionals: In this 45-minute course, sales professionals will learn how to create and automate proposals, speed up the sales cycle, use document analytics, and close deals faster.
- PandaDoc for HR Professionals: In this 45-minute course, HR professionals will learn how to streamline HR documentation workflow and boost employer brand by using customized brand templates. They will also learn how to set up automation to bundle documents and send documents in bulk to multiple recipients at once.

Our instructors are knowledgeable. They can demonstrate every aspect of a feature being presented and can answer various questions with thorough responses. They will even use PandaDoc to explain answers. They don’t just tell you; they will show you.
We understand there’s no significant benefit in just giving knowledge; you need to see it happen. If the instructors need to research the answer to a question that comes up during the session, you can expect a timely response.
