Why Office Hours?
Last week, we discussed the value and impact of PandaDoc Customer Support. Today, we will review another great resource available to your team – Office Hours. Here at PandaDoc, we understand that you’re busy. With that in mind, we don’t want to add anything extra to your day that wouldn’t provide value for your team. Ultimately, we want to help you and your team maximize adoption of PandaDoc and win every day you use it.
A great example of a time when you may want to utilize Office Hours is if you signed up for one of our live classes, but there are a few days until the class and you need assistance before the class. With Office Hours, you can jump in, receive some guidance, and have your questions addressed.
It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to using PandaDoc, or if you have been using PandaDoc for a while, Office Hours are for you! During an Office Hours session, a member of our Learning Services Team will be happy to assist with your questions. You will have the opportunity to share your screen and discuss what you are working on during the session.
The Value Of Office Hours
You may find yourself asking, ‘Is Office Hours really worth my time?’ Yes, it definitely is! I have been able to join and host various Office Hours sessions provided by PandaDoc and address various questions. They can range from asking how to use our CRM integrations to how to create a document from a template to formatting blocks and fields on a document. No matter the question, our team is ready to help.
