    Thanks for your post here in the Forums! 

    It sounds like you are referring to our Bulk Send feature. Bulk Send is available with our Business and Enterprise plans. 

    To use Bulk Send you need a Template, which you mentioned, and a CSV file that you can download from the Google Sheet. We actually recommend using Google Sheets to create and download the CSV file, so it's great you are already using it. 

    You will want to view our Help Center article on Bulk Send to review the requirements needed for the CSV file.
