Using Forms To Streamline Your Workflow
PandaDoc Forms are great for a streamlined workflow process to create, manage, and e-Sign documents with ease. Clients can fill out a Form on your website or via a link shared with them. Using Forms doesn’t require sending a document; each new document will be created from the Form and automatically stored in a folder in the Documents tab for quick access.
I asked the PandaDoc Customer Success (CS) team about the Forms' top use cases based on their workflow consultation meetings with PandaDoc users. The most used use cases are within Healthcare and Education.
Using Forms in Healthcare
Imagine you’re checking in at the front desk of your doctor’s office, and the receptionist gives you a handful of paperwork to complete. This happened to me a few weeks ago, and I thought how much easier it would be to fill out and sign all of the documents electronically. It would reduce the time involved, and I wouldn’t feel rushed to complete the paperwork before being called back to see the doctor.
To streamline the process, upload the documents into PandaDoc as Forms and allow the client to complete them on their mobile device, tablet, or computer when they arrive at the office for their appointment or before arrival. In case you are wondering, PandaDoc is HIPAA compliant and provides a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every completed document.
Using Forms in Education
Educational institutions manage many documents – student enrollment applications, daily attendance, financial aid applications, and parent permissions for athletics and various programs. PandaDoc Forms can be used for staff as well. Use Forms when documents need to be submitted with little notice, such as unexpected PTO requests or sick leave. Upload all of the necessary documents into PandaDoc as Forms and embed them on the school website or share links via email and text so students and staff can complete them as needed.
Use multiple Workspaces to keep your documents organized and help to avoid confusion. You can distribute your content across separate teams, departments, groups, or projects with multiple Workspaces. For example, there could be a workspace for staff, one for students, or even a workspace for each grade or school department.
