Hyperlinks in imported pdf do not work
I uploaded a interactive pds document containing hyperlinks (both in text as in images). In the editor the hyperlinks works as in the original pdf, but after sending the document, the recipient cannot click on the links. How to solve this?

Hello Arent,
Thank you for reaching out via the Forums!
I tested the process you described, and I received the same result. However, I was able to download a PDF of the document as a recipient and click on the hyperlinks in the downloaded PDF. This is an option for your recipients as a workaround.
To do this, recipients would click on 'Other actions' located in the upper right-hand side of the document and click 'Download':
You can create a saved message to include with your documents that provides the instructions I have described here so your recipients know exactly what to do and so that you don't have to type out the message every time you are sending a document.
I have submitted a feature request about this to our product team on your behalf. You may submit another vote, subscribe to receive updates, and even leave comments on the request. I put in specific details about recipients being able to click on hyperlinks without having to download a PDF.
Thank you for choosing PandaDoc!
