we are working with templates that fill with information from Hubspot to create quotes, invoices etc.
Depending on the (self created) template used the sender can either "complete" the document right away and download the pdf or has to "send" it, create a link and can then download the pdf.
As we only want the pdf to be created and then download the document the "sending" aspect is not necessary in these cases.
Unfortunately I cannot find out, why some templates require the send action but others don't. There are no signatures and no recipients included in the doc.
