On occasion, new users can't complete their registration because they’re unable to find the confirmation email we’ve sent.
If you haven't received a confirmation code via email, please try the following:
- Make sure there are no typos in the email address you submitted
- Check your spam for the confirmation email
- Wait up to 24 hours. Due to various email settings, the confirmation email might take more time than expected to arrive.
- Click Resend in the confirmation code window to have the code re-sent to your email
