The audit log allows you to download a record of activity within your account over the previous 30 days. It tracks the following events:
A user was invited
A user joined the organization (a.k.a. your PandaDoc account), including via SSO.
A user joined a workspace, including via SSO
A user was removed from a workspace
A user switched workspaces
A user's role was changed
A user's license was changed
A password changed
A user failed to log in
A content library item, template, or document was deleted
The audit log can be accessed only by the account owner.
To download your account’s audit log, go to the Admin Panel by clicking Settings > Audit log. Next, click on the Download button to export the audit log.
The audit log will then be downloaded as a .csv file.
