You will be able to add information in the following fields: “SKU”, “Product Name”, “Price”, “Description”.
The Description field is a semi-HTML block, where you can Bold, Italic, Underline, use number points, bullet points and hyperlinks.
Catalog pictures
You can also add pictures (only .jpeg and .png files are supported) for your Catalog item.
Custom fields
You can add custom fields to your catalog item.
Click "Add new custom field", give it a name and a value and click “Save” once finished.
Add catalog items to your pricing table
Once your Catalog items have been added, open a template or document you are working on and find the pricing table.
You can add items from the catalog in two ways:
- Click Products at the bottom of the table, search for the product in the catalog popup. This is a great option if you want to add multiple items at once.
- Start typing in the Name column — auto-suggest will show available options from your Catalog.

Add a custom field to the pricing table
After you import an item from your Catalog, its custom fields will be automatically added as hidden columns. To display a custom field, click the plus sign on the right side of the pricing table or right-click in any cell, then choose your custom field from the hidden columns.
