Create customizable and interactive quotes
Build pricing tables with sections
Complex pricing model? We’ve got you covered! You can now combine pricing line items into sections to visually create a pricing structure that makes sense for your business. You can also add product catalog items to specific sections, move items between sections with drag-n-drop functionality, and add section subtotals.
Let your quotes do the selling
One of the most powerful deal accelerating features of PandaDoc proposals and quotes is the interactivity. Eliminate the back and forth by allowing your customers to adjust the offering to fit their needs. We’ve added more interactive elements to your pricing table to help you close more quickly!
Does your offering allow for more than one option? Type, size, color? No Problem! Add a multiple choice section to your pricing table and let the customer pick what’s right for them.
With optional items, your customers can select one or as many items as they want from a list of options. The pricing table total, discounts, and taxes will automatically be recalculated based on the chosen items. This will be a very valuable feature if your business allows for upselling opportunities, or if you present a self-service type of offering.
Adjustable quantities inside the pricing table
This is very powerful especially when you manage a high velocity business with a large number of transactions. Eliminate the back and forth by allowing your customers to adjust quantities directly inside your quote or proposal. You can also combine editable quantities with multiple choice or optional items for even greater flexibility.
Generate Smart PDF copies for your quotes
When you generate a PDF copy of a quote, we want to make sure that it will be easy to read and review. In situations where your pricing table is a few pages long, we’re checking for page breaks and adding the column headers at the top of each page.

The content library at your fingertips
The content library is an incredibly powerful feature for teams that need to create personalized proposals with some ready-to-use content. We’re bringing the content library just a click away from your document, so that you can save or retrieve a piece of content on the fly.
You can now add a content block, page, document, or even a template to the content library with just one click. And it’s even easier to add a content library piece to your documents from the Quick Add menu.

All Content Library functionality is already available for all PandaDoc Business plan users.
Editing upgrades that go a long way
Add custom line spacing and indentation
Now you can set custom line spacing for a selected body of text, or for an entire document. Custom line spacing settings for a text block are available in the top bar. Change Design Settings if you want to apply the custom line spacing for the entire document or template. Add the final touches with indents to text or list items for a clean and professional look.
Create a duplicate field, block, and page on the double
This little upgrade will allow you to duplicate fields and blocks while saving their size and format.
Guides for moving blocks and fields
We’ve added guides to make it easier to align fields and blocks on the cover page. The guides will only be visible when you start moving blocks around.
Elegant borders in footers and headers
This is a very straightforward feature: you can now add or remove the border in the headers and/or footers in your documents.

Notify your managers via comments
Collaborate more easily by mentioning your @managers on the document. They will receive an email notifying them that you’re waiting for their feedback. It’s all about saving time and accountability!
Upload Google Docs and Google Slides
You can now leverage your Google Docs and Google Slides inside PandaDoc. Build on top of your existing Google docs by adding a cover page, new content, fields, or even images and videos. Connect your PandaDoc account to Google Drive and you’re ready to upload any of your Google Docs or Google Slides.
Don’t miss renewal opportunities
Stay ahead of contract renewals with automatic reminders. Schedule renewal email reminders when you close the deal. Select a contract duration or specify a date for when you want to be notified about a contract expiring.
