How can I set up one-time fee and monthly recurring fee in the pricing table?
We would suggest making two tables: one for Subscription fees and the other one for one-time fees. You can set the pricing table as a multiple choice so that your recipients can select items/subscription they like and the Total will be calculated accordingly (please note that in order for your recipients to be able to select optional items there should be at least one field assigned to them).

Besides that, you can set up a payment integration, receive the first payment from a user and then set up recurring payments based on the first one.
