The Attached Files add-on allows you to attach downloadable files to your document. This is great for appending supplemental attachments, larger file types (up to 50MB), Excel spreadsheets, and any other content you’d like to attach to (but not include in the body of) your document.
Note, if you don't find the feature, please ask your Account Owner to enable it in the Add-on store (found in the bottom left of your PandaDoc account).
Add and review attachments
document must be in “Draft” status for you to attach files to it.
- Open any Document or Template and go to More > Attached Files;
- Click Upload Attachment to attach a file to your template or document. The number of files attached will be also displayed next to the document name. You can drag & drop a file you wish to attach adding from your device as well as choose one from Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive or Box.
you can attach up to 10 documents.
In order to delete an attachment, hover on the file name and click “....” then Delete.

When your recipients open the document in PandaDoc, attached files will be displayed in the right sidebar by default and at the top, next to the document name. To navigate back to attached files later, recipients click on the paperclip icon (displayed next to the document title and on the sidebar).
By clicking the file name, the recipient can download and open the attached file.
