Template messages are a way to communicate with your internal team members while working on a template. For example, you want to notify a team member that you need to review the template or provide general instructions on setting up the content.
Add a template message
Click on Templates on the left and then click on your template name to open it.
Click Chat on the right and you'll see the option to send a message at the bottom.
You can use the “@” symbol to tag a team member to notify them that they need to review the template. Tagging a team member does not mean it is a private comment visible only to them. The tagged team member will receive an email notification that the message has been posted.
