[Classic Editor] Use PandaDoc Template Library
Public templates have been created by the PandaDoc team, we set them up to be used inside of PandaDoc.
Accessing public templates
If you are using Editor 2.0, find Public Templates here: https://www.pandadoc.com/templates/
If you are using Classic Editor, find Public Templates here: https://www.pandadoc.com/ev1-templates/
Viewing templates and finding the one
You can use the Category names in the middle of the page to access different categories of templates. Once, you find the template you are looking for, click on it to view the content.
Review the template and add it to your account/download a PDF.
Review the template content and if you're set on it, click “Try PandaDoc template”/ "Download PDF now".
Warning:
Some of the templates are available for download only.
Your template will be imported into your PandaDoc account ready for your edits.


Customize document
You will see all the text and design of the template has automatically been imported in PandaDoc, as if it has been created with Content builder (editor). You can click in each section to modify the text or use the content options on the right.
You can modify content blocks, re-arrange or add fields, fill out tokens.
Don't forget to add your recipients to send out your document.
