[Classic Editor] Password-protected documents

this functionality is available for Classic Editor only. Don't know which Editor version you are using? Find it out here.With this functionality, you can setup a password for a document (per recipient). Your recipients will have to use this password to open the document.
Availability: Enterprise.
Enable this feature in the Add-on Store.
Setup a password
Open your document, go to “Recipients” on the right and click on the recipient's name that you want to set up the password for. Under "access code" add the password for the recipient.
Note:
don't forget to provide the password to the recipient.
Finish setting up your document and send it out.
Recipient's view
Recipient opens the document and sees the popup to enter the password first.
Once the password has been entered, they will see the content of the document.
Access Code (password) Expired
If the recipient enters in an incorrect code 3 “three” times, they will see “Your access code for this document has expired”.
To fix this, you as the document author, must go to Recipients > click on Recipient Name > change the Access code to something different and click Save. Provide this new access code to your recipient.
Locate the password that was setup for the document
In case you forget the password you set, you can review it by going to Recipients > click Recipient name, find the password under "Access code".
