What’s changing with PandaDoc’s look and feel?

The most significant changes include:

• Simplified and reorganized navigation
• Revamped Documents app
• Improved Create new… dialog in the left navigation
• Easier switching between workspaces
• Our new Marketplace

What’s changing in navigation?

PandaDoc’s new navigation is much faster and helps you find the features you need, and we think you'll love it.

To help you stay on top of all your documents, we’ve moved Inbox next to Home. We’ve also added a count badge so you’ll know when you have items in your inbox that need your attention.

We’ve also introduced Apps — a suite of tools designed to help streamline your workflow. These include Documents, Notary, Automations, Contacts, and others, and we’ve organized them to make it easier to find what you need. While we’re not completely redesigning the navigation menu, we are regrouping existing items to ensure you see apps that are relevant to you.

Furthermore, accessing personal settings is now easier than ever. Simply select your name in the lower-left corner to personalize your profile and customize your account preferences and notifications.

Documents app

We’ve grouped all document-related features — such as templates, content library, catalog, and forms — under Documents. You can find them all by selecting the arrow next to Documents.

Within the Documents app, you'll find the new +Document button, which combines all main actions, including creating new documents, folders, and documents to bulk-send.

We’ve designed a more intuitive and uniform way for you to work with PandaDoc apps. As part of this update, we’ve moved the button allowing you to create a new item to the top-left corner of all apps.

Finally, you can conveniently move between features within the Documents app by using the new topbar navigation.

Quickly switch between workspaces 

Looking for a specific workspace? You can now instantly move between workspaces using shortcuts Cmd + K  (on Mac) or Ctrl + K (on Windows) to activate the Jump to dialog.

Marketplace 

Our Add-ons Store is now Marketplace, where you can find both add-ons and third-party integrations in one convenient location.

I prefer the old look and feel. Can I continue using it? 

Our new look and feel will be released to all accounts in September 2023. But fear not! You can switch between versions by navigating to Settings > Early access. From here, the account owner and users with an Admin role can turn on/off "New look and feel" for specific members.
