In light of the recent closure of Silicon Valley Bank, PandaDoc has provided the following statement to our valued customers:
Dear Customer, The unfortunate situation with Silicon Valley Bank has had a wide-ranging impact throughout the business community. While the closure temporarily affected the day-to-day operations for PandaDoc, currently, there are no impacts on our business operations. We do, however, realize that the situation deeply impacted many, and for that, we are incredibly empathetic. Over the weekend, we emailed customers our new banking information. This information was sent to the billing contact on file for your account. If you did not receive the information, we have attached a document with new account details to this email. Please update your systems accordingly so that PandaDoc will receive all future payments for your account on time. Unfortunately, moments like these are often accompanied by scams and phishing attacks. Please make sure any communications from PandaDoc are, in fact, from a PandaDoc email address. If you have any hesitations, concerns, or questions, please contact our Help Center before taking action.
