You can match product fields from your CRM with specific pricing table columns in PandaDoc. The process is simple:
- Add a pricing table to the template you use to import information from your CRM. Make sure the pricing table has blue placeholders for "data merge" enabled in the Properties block.
- Select Set up data merge, then enter product field names from your CRM under Column mapping. (Check the appropriate CRM-specific article below to ensure you enter product field names correctly.)
- Create a document via the CRM you use.
After following these steps, product information will appear in the corresponding columns.
